Licensed Therapist Families and Youth Innovation Plus is hiring Multiple Licensed Therapist positions (Outpatient and Treatment Foster Care) The Licensed Therapist conducts diagnostic mental health assessments and formulates appropriate treatment plans for children, adolescents, and their families based on the family needs and strengths by collaborating with physicians, treatment team members and service providers as necessary to implement patient interventions and achieve treatment goals. Competencies Information Management Acting with Empathy and Compassion Client Focus Emotional Intelligence Facilitation Problem Solving Professionalism Embracing Diversity Adaptability Quality Focus Collaborating with Others Writing Skills Qualifications and Experience License in the State of New Mexico (LISW, LMSW, LPCC, LMHC or LMFT) Preferred Master's level behavioral health intern, psychology intern, pre-licensure; psychology postdoctoral student; certified peer support worker; provisional or temporary licensure Must pass a criminal background check; maintain a current driver's license Participate in professional development to obtain needed continuing education credits and professional growth
