Primary Job Function: To work as a team with the new construction installation operations of the company. Clear and concise communications with team members and supervisor on the progress of new construction installation projects. Benefits: Medical (employer covers 75%), Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation, and Paid Holidays. Pay: starting at $20/hr depending on experience Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years of relevant work experience Valid driver's license and insurance driving record Ability to pass a background check Current TDLR Ability to be highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to complete minor and major details after Rough-in & Trim outs Ability to Change Orders for Rough-In & Trim Outs Ability to braze/solder Own basic hand tools, including gauges, vacuum pump, and torches Willingness to learn WSCI Knowledge of all phases in HVAC (new construction/residential/service/light commercial) is a plus Retrofit experience is a plus HVAC installer, journeyman, installation technician, HVAC HVAC Technician, AC installer, AC Company
