At Kayl, we are all about keeping our clients comfortable. Apply today! Position Summary: To gain experience and an understanding of the commercial HVAC industry in both Installation and Service. Assist and help as needed as well as become familiar with processes and procedures of the company. Pay: Up to $22.00/hr. DOE. Work Hours: 8:00am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday; evenings & weekends as needed; on-call rotation required Required Qualifications: Pass background check and drug screen Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 1 year of HVAC experience Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes Ability to operate power and hand tools safely Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills Demonstrate mechanical aptitude apprentice, install, HVAC, labor, helper, construction, air conditioning, AC, A/C, heating, furnace, heat pump, entry level, installer, install job, entry level job
