J-Berd Mechanical is currently hiring HVAC Installers- No Experience Necessary! Enjoy 4-day work weeks, Monday-Thursday, with 3-day weekends! Year-round, full-time work. Our Team, Your Success! HVAC Responsibilities: Drill holes and install protection pipe systems Unload and install mechanical room systems for new construction Drill and cut openings in structures to accommodate ductwork and piping Install ductwork and equipment on new construction Install finish material on new construction Report issues and repairs to foreman Consistently wear proper personal protection equipment Understand and follow oral and written directions Operate and maintain a variety of tools & equipment Qualifications & Skills: Possess a sense of urgency to get things done Flexible personal style to work with diverse personalities Professional yet personable demeanor Ability to effectively communicate with foreman Detail oriented General math skills Committed team player General tool operation Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day Regular predictable attendance High attention to detail Competitive & Complete Benefits Package: Health and dental insurance Generous retirement plan with Employer Match Per diem Paid vacations Continuing education Short term disability insurance Accident insurance Life insurance
