Deck Coordinator Salary : $13.50 - $16.91 per hour Deck Coordinator Hours : Mon-Thu 3:45-7:30 PM, Sat 9:00 AM-12:00 PM (Part Time) Deck Coordinator Responsibilities : Ensures quality, safety, and swimmer engagement throughout private and group swim lessons Maintains and updates class rosters Provides feedback to participants and makes recommendations for appropriate class levels Ensures students receive appropriate materials, including recommendation slips and progress reports Works with instructors to complete progress reports Builds strong relationships with participants and parents Enforces all pool and facility rules with respect to pool and locker room safety, and member conduct Deck Coordinator Qualifications : 1+ years' experience as a swim instructor in a recognized swim lesson program 21 years of age or older Lifeguard certification preferred Aquatic Instructor certification preferred Deck Coordinator Benefits: Supplemental insurance benefits (Voluntary Accident/Injury, Hospital, and Cancer coverage via Aflac) 12% employer contribution to your YMCA pension plan YMCA Membership 30% off of Childcare and Camps Employee Assistance Program Employee Wellness Program Exceptional growth potential for your role and career Salary: $13.50 - $16.91 per hour Hours: Mon-Thu 3:45-7:30 PM, Sat 9:00 AM-12:00 PM Job Type: Part-time YMCA is an Equal Opportunity Employer All Qualified Women, Minorities, Persons with Disabilities, and US Veterans Encouraged to Apply ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
