DEPARTMENT: Maintenance LOCATION: American Games (504 34th Avenue Council Bluffs, IA) MAINTENANCE (ELECTRICIAN) - JOB POSTING What You'll Do This position is a full-time permanent position in a manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of charitable and lottery gaming products, including pull-tab tickets (break-open tickets) and bingo paper. This position will play a key role in installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems including controls, circuits, panels, relays, machines, and communication systems . Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include: Ability to read electrical schematics Troubleshooting electrical issues with equipment Knowledge of AC/DC motor controls, VFD's Knowledge of PLC's and PLC programming Provide swift service to each department Deliver projects on schedule Maintain a clean work area at all times Demonstrate working in a safe and smart manner Other duties as assigned. What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED Associate's Degree required or equivalent work experience Bachelor's Degree preferred 4+ years' experience Ability to direct subordinates and/or crew, if applicable Troubleshooting abilities Ability to objectively review information pertinent to position Effective in time management Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner within a fast paced environment Ability to apply strong attention to detail and produce work with accuracy Ability to work independently and self-direct work, and in a team oriented environment Aptitude to learn new computer software Ability to prioritize workflow, maintain schedules and follow up to meet deadlines Keen attention to detail Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
