1901, Inc, a quickly growing company that designs, builds, and installs HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for both residential and commercial customers , is looking for a Sr. Project Manager, HVAC. If you have a solid understanding of the construction process, HVAC systems, ductwork, piping and controls a s well as experience running large projects up to $25 million, then this job is for you! The Sr. Project Manager, HVAC will develop and track projects, perform job cost tracking and forecasting, and coordinate with internal staff to develop submittals, shop drawings, BIM models and field coordination drawings. Our new Sr. Project Manager, HVAC will procure all necessary equipment, materials, project subcontractors and equipment vendors. while maintain ing a professional rapport with all architects, engineers, general contractors, building owners, installers and suppliers . Responsibilities: Inspect job sites on a regular basis for contract compliance, workmanship and safety Estimate changes in scope of work and adjust accordingly Participate in project meetings F ollow-up on any required work to guarantee customer satisfaction Other duties as assigned Additional Skills /Qualifications: Solid understanding of the construction process in its entirety Minimum 7 years of experience in project management of commercial construction projects for a commercial contractor Inspect jobsites on a regular basis for contract compliance, workmanship and safety Estimate changes in scope of work and adjust accordingly Excellent benefit package including: 95% of health insurance , 401k plan , Company profit sharing , Bonus Plan , Paid Time Off + 7 Paid Holidays Located in Madison, Wisconsin, 1901, Inc. has been in business for over 100 years.
