Contract Overview This requirement is to provide Information Technology services and support for enhancement, maintenance and security of the Cyber CoE G6's Network, Enterprise Level Solutions, and IT Services from the Unclassified to Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) classifications. The G6 will work to design, maintain, and secure IT solutions for the Cyber CoE. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Provides installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support of information system applications and related peripheral Monitors and responds to hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of hardware testing tools and Installs and configures applications software and related Provides software and system troubleshooting and Provides technical support and training to end-users. May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced Provide VTC Daily Operations, set up equipment and VTC Bridge for VTC session, establish connection to the remote site/s, operate the equipment and monitor Support installation and configuration of new VTC hardware and reconfiguration of existing Provide maintenance, troubleshooting and repair services for VTC and conference room Interface with the hardware maintenance provider to support resolve any equipment, malfunctions and provide Respond to request for support of ongoing VTCs and conferences Performs stress and performance tests on required equipment Ability to STIG Video Teleconferences Have at least one (1) Contractor personnel must possess Three (3) year experience of VTC setup and configuration Have knowledge of cloud and virtualization Possess at least five (5) years of experience in IT desktop support, IT Service Desk support Certification Requirement This position is designated as Information Assurance Workforce (IAWF) Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT II). See section 6.7.9, Cybersecurity/Information Technology (IT) Certification, in this PWS for detailed Army and DoD guidance and requirements. The following are required at work performance start date and must be maintained throughout the life of the contract: Baseline certification: Security+ CompTIA commercial certification (or higher, such as CISSP, ). Computing Environment (CE): must be current platform (or higher) IAW Army guidance (i.e migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10, Server 2008 to 2012, ). Currently: All personnel: Installing and Configuring Windows 10 (70-698) All personnel must have Sec+ Receive IA appointment orders from Chain of Command Be monitored in the Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS). Successfully complete Information Assurance Fundamentals on line course and exam at https://ia.signal.army.mil/IAF/default.asp. Complete Privileged Level Access Agreement (PLAA) o This Personnel Security Standard for this position is IT-II (Personnel in IA positions with privileged-level access to control, manage, or configure IA tools or devices, individual and networked IS and devices, and enclaves). At work performance start date and through the life of the contract, 1 (One) Contractors must have a final Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility as well as meet position requirements IAW All other Contractors shall have a minimum of final Secret security clearance and will be initiated by their Facility Security Officer (FSO) for TS/SCI eligibility within 30 days of onboard; and shall maintain the required security clearance throughout the life of the contract .
