POSITION DESCRI P T ION JOB T I TLE: Janitor/Handy Pers o n JOB S UM M ARY: Under the direction of the Management, this position is responsible for performing janitorial duties for facility buildings and related areas. Knowledge or willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques is essential. ESSE N TI A L FUN C TI O NS: Da il y jo b r e spo n sibi l i ti e s/f u n c t io ns to i n cl ud e , b ut not li m it e d to: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopp i ng of flooring and stairs. C l ean and s an i t i ze bat h rooms regularly. Clean sinks, counter to p s, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms as necessary. Restock s u p plies in bathrooms, br e ak rooms a nd common areas. Empty all trash c a ns a n d replace line r s, clean receptacles as necessa r y. Du s t i ng a n d c l ean i ng o f f i ce desks a nd furn it ure th a t are n o t c l uttered. C lea n i ng w i nd o w sill s a nd w i nd o w s.
