Mcloughlin Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to service our Springfield, PA area clients' homes. This residential service position earns a competitive hourly wage of $26 - $35, based on certifications and experience , plus bonuses and commissions and an earning potential of $100k+ . They typically work Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm and are on-call rotation approximately every 5-6 weeks . HVAC TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a residential HVAC Technician Relevant licensing and certifications An understanding of local codes Some experience working with heat pumps, split systems, high-efficiency systems, hydronic, and steam systems A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass both a background check and periodic drug tests Any working knowledge of flat-rate pricing is preferred but not required.
