WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS AN HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR / SALES CONSULTANT In this HVAC Comfort Advisor / Sales Consultant role, you spend much of your time working with new and existing clients as you seek to meet their home comfort needs. You have a positive and welcoming demeanor, so making connections comes easy for you! You spend time greeting customers, reviewing their home comfort needs, thoroughly inspecting their equipment, and facilitate any questions as you provide appropriate recommendations and accurate estimate. You pride yourself in being open and honest, so your clients feel comfortable and confident in their buying decisions. When a sale has been made, you make sure to stay involved every step of the way by communicating details with installers, and ensuring the project goes off without a hitch! In addition to effectively closing sales, you stay on top of your game by attending all staff meetings, and tracking all personal selling goals in order to effectively follow up with customers and continually hone your skills. We rely on you to extend our reach, while facilitating more comfortable homes of our clients. High school diploma or equivalent Pass a background check and drug screening AZ Driver's license with clean driving record Ability to proficiently use a computer Willingness and ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders, work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on rooftops Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs 3 years of sales experience and a background in heating and cooling is a plus!
