Work Experience Strong Communication skills Excel, Word, Outlook Self-motivated and can work independently Can enjoy and work constructively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. Staffing Industry experience (plus) Spanish Speaking (plus) Partner with client to determine staffing needs Screen applicants/candidates Resume building of top candidates for marketing to clients Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates Perform background checks and drug screens Make hiring recommendations to Account Manager Follow up on the interview process status Maintain relationships with both internal staff and clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Communicate policies and procedures and benefits during screening process Stay informed on policies, federal, and state laws regarding employment practices Process E-Verify, I-9, background checks & drug testing protocols and compliance
