At All Dry Services we do things differently. Our technicians are IICRC certified and provide same-day and 24/7 emergency services. All Dry's restoration and cleanup services are designed to restore property to a pre-damage condition, and we need you! This position requires a positive and calm level of service to help customers through sometimes hectic situations. We are looking for positive, compassionate team members who are ready to join a growing company with advancement opportunities. Job Description: This position needs to be able to provide All Dry level customer service including but not limited to: Create job scope sheet. Including all tasks needed to write, monitor and complete all jobs within our current CRM as well as estimating software. Properly explain the scope sheet with the homeowner making sure they fully understand the work being provided. Document and provide a time table to the homeowner. Perform restoration and clean up services based on scope sheet. Manage employees also assigned to job sites. Other tasks that will be required Pre-Job truck prep Clean equipment Keep a clean truck Approve weekly time cards Keep uniform clean Ensure all job paperwork is completed on time Ability to lift heavy objects Since we are a 24/7 business the ideal candidate will reside in the East Valley and should have a clean driving record. Previous experience in this industry is not required. We will provide training, including how to prepare scope sheets and calculate square and linear foot calculations. Hospitality and Service industry professionals are encouraged to apply. Starting at $18/hr and up DOE.
