Description:

We are seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff at the Boar's Head Resort! As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, loading washing machines, and stacking washed items appropriately. If you want to kickstart your career in the restaurant industry and be part of the back-of-house operations, please apply! Some essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Scrape and spray food from dirty dishes, and place them in racks (do not overload) push into dishwashing machine. Spray out soup bowls and rack. Load full glass, cup, and mug racks into machine. Scrub inside and outside of all pots and pans, then run through the machine. Empty all trash cans. Hose-out garbage cans. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Notify supervisors of any loss or breakage. Return dishes, pans, etc. to proper storage areas. Maintain the cleanliness of the loading dock. Sweep and mop kitchen floors. Contribute to overall resort team effort by completing additional duties as assigned. In order to be considered, you must meet the following requirements: Ability to communicate orally with co-workers and supervisors.
