HCFA and UB claims processing knowledge with excellent data entry and 10-key. Knowledge of ICD/CPT/HCPCS coding medical terminology very helpful.Hourly position with 401(k), paid Holidays and excellent company paid benefits. Job Tasks/Deliverable: Coordinate and communicate Pre-Service and Post-Service cases with members, clients, Brokers and Account Management Coordinate and communicate directly with Team and Managers on VBP issues Contracting through PNOA Network providers Qualifications: 2+ years in Customer Service with Healthcare experience Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good PC skills, specifically in MS Excel
