Maxx Fitness Clubzz is looking for a committed, friendly, upbeat individual to become a part of our fitness team! If you are looking to share a passion for fitness, than this is the perfect job for you! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for providing the first positive impression of the Maxx Fitness facility; Interact with customers by telephone and in person to provide information about our memberships and services. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems; Complete membership forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using check-in computers; Contact customers to respond to inquiries; Maintaining a clean facility; Create rapport with customers that may lead to sales of new memberships or additional services or products. Physical Functions: Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift; Open Availability To Work 20-40 hours each week. A High School Diploma Or Equivalent required Certified Fitness Trainers or Instructors Preferred Conversant in Spanish preferred.
