Under the supervision of the Maintenance Director the responsibilities include the maintenance, protection and overall appearance and mechanical operation of the physical facility and grounds. Ensuring daily work orders are completed in a timely manner to ensure resident satisfaction.Ensuring the safety and security of the grounds and building.Practice positive resident relations by demonstrating the Western States Lodging and Management hospitality and service standards.Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.Performs other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor.JOB QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge and experience of plant maintenance and plant protectionAbility to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, supervisor and associates.Ability to lift a minimum of 50 poundsCurrent Arizona Fingerprint clearance cardCurrent First Aid and CPR card Job Posted by ApplicantPro
