Conducting nursing assessments and participating in resident service plan meetings. Overseeing and directing the caregiving staff. Maintaining relationships with residents, families and providers.Job qualifications include a current LPN license in the State of Arizona and knowledge of quality nursing practice. Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, providers, supervisor and team members. Ability to direct and lead team in multiple tasks. Willingness to work with the elderly.
