We pay our Retail Sales Associate / Device Repair Technician a competitive starting wage of $14-17 /hour based on experience + SPIFF PROGRAM ( EXTRA $100-$350 ) , (PAID WEEKLY). YOUR LIFE AS A RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE / DEVICE REPAIR TECHNICIAN You arrive for each shift excited to meet new people and sell products, services, and solutions. Any clerk can sell a pack of AA batteries, but you are a trusted advisor that can recommend the right battery for the application whether it's a cell phone, truck, or recreational vehicle. You also answer inbound phone calls and happily answer customer questions. You love chatting with people and are able to make personal connections easily to ensure that every customer feels welcome and valued. You get to use your mechanical skills to repair our customers' cell phones, tablets, and other devices. Your experience has given you the confidence to assist our customers with their technology troubles. You feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and playing an important part in their success. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent 6 months of small electronic device repair experience Ability to lift 50LBS Valid drivers license Customer service and retail sales experience are preferred, but not required.
