We are looking for multiple Data Architects (REMOTE) to join our team to support the implementation of a broad-based strategy for improving the data management and data handling capabilities of US Army. Your day-to-day work will include: Developing future state transportation information and data models (DIV-1, DIV-2, SV-1 and Information Asset Matrix) for transportation delivery segments. Working with supporting architects to update Information Exchange Requirements (OV-3) and Data Views. At a minimum you should have: SECRET security clearance. An understanding of industry best practices for data strategy (ex. Master Data Management, Big Data, and Data Architecture Development). Experience creating artifacts to capture functional and technical requirements (ex. IDEF1X or Entity Relationship Diagramming, Class Diagramming, XML to support data transactions, Other data modeling notations). Experience in data modeling tools (ARIS preferred). The ability to communicate formally and informally with government functional and technical stakeholders. Strong written communication skills.
