Transform Energy is seeking applicants to install Commercial Roofing Systems. In this position, the Roofing Foreman will provide direction and support to the crew lead of the installation team and ensure the completion of installation of roofing systems ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 5 year supervisory experience within Commercial Roofing Industry Knowledge of proper methods to apply various types of roofing systems, including slate, tile, shake, metal panels, and shingles. MUST HAVE SILICONE SPRAY DOWN EXPERIENCE Support the Crew Lead to assure the successful completion of systems Strong people skills including abilities to teach, coach and mentor Strong ability to effectively communicate with other team members Complete all work efficiently and to a high-quality standard Operate machinery Document completion of installation Clean up of job site Ensure outstanding customer service standard is met Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology, and safety Additional duties required as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage personnel Ensure jobs are completed on time and budget Job Posted by ApplicantPro
