Objective We are seeking a Charter Sales Representative for our Houston Headquarters. In this position you would provide, in our Million Air fashion, white glove services to our customers while problem solving when issues arise. This role is a blend of customer service and strong sales experience. To be successful in this role, you would need to be an experienced and exceptional relationship builder with the drive to provide world-class customer service. You will schedule, coordinate, and support charter flights while growing Million Air's charter clientele. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun environment, can readily identify and anticipate needs and easily adapts to changing demands. Your ability to streamline, multi-task, and think globally will determine the future of the company. Salary and commission-based pay with no limits. Earning potential is determined by you! Responsibilities / Duties The responsibilities and duties will include but not be limited to the following: Experience in sourcing and brokering aircraft preferred; Part 91 & 135 experience is a plus Experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships Aggressive with a drive to win • Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional ability to work in fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks with close attention to detail Interacts effectively as a team member Maintains strict confidentiality in all cases involving client aircraft operations and when dealing with sensitive or security issues Flexibility to work with a non-standard schedule Promptly respond to quote requests, including outside of normal business hours Analyze schedules for fleet optimization / utilization Utilize industry experience to suggest improvements to sales, marketing, customer service and other business functions Perform coordination of services for contracted trips, including communication with flight operations, brokered operators, and vendors Ensure proper day-of-operation communications with clients including times outside of normal business hours Sourcing and negotiation of brokered / supplemental aircraft for Brokers, American Jet and Million Air Develop strong understanding of factors influencing charter pricing, including seasonality, competition, demand, aircraft capabilities, operating cost and sales channel Grow our retail customer base by targeting new clients through networking and sales outreach Utilize sales tools and drive our social media platforms to help attract and capture market share *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable protected individuals to perform the essential functions. Work Environment This position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, to include but not limited to: Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs Stand to greet customers during verbal exchanges, walk throughout the facility to interact with customers. Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery. Position Type and Hours of Work This is an Exempt position. This position may require working evenings and weekends, and on company scheduled holidays. Travel Some Travel is expected for this position. Possible travel may include industry trade shows, sales opportunities, and assisting other locations.
