H & H Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. of Essington, PA is looking to hire HVAC Residential Service Tech to go into our clients' homes to diagnose and resolve problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner while servicing and troubleshooting residential gas heaters, oil heaters, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, ductless units, and PTAC systems. Are you a skilled HVAC technician who is a motivated team player and looking for a growing company to build a successful, long-term career with? If so, please read on! This Residential Service Tech position earns $70,000 to $125,000/year depending on skills and experience. Signing Installment Bonus $5,000.00 to be paid as follows: $1,000.00 after 90 days, 6-month anniversary of hire date 2,000.00, at 1-year anniversary of hire date $2,000.00 Our HVAC technicians are also eligible for generous benefits after 90 days, including full coverage employee medical plan with dental, PTO accrual that accrues rapidly the longer you are with us, 3% company-matched IRA after 2 years, paid training, tool replacement, as well as birthday AND holiday gifts! We also provide paid training opportunities to help equip you with the ability to earn at the top of our pay range! And, you can take full advantage of maximizing your pay by earning spiffs, on-call pay, Saturday and extra attic install pay during the summer months . QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL SERVICE TECH 5 years or more of HVAC experience EPA Section 608 Type II licensure A valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check Eligible to work in the US Are you motivated to further your career as a skilled HVAC technician?
