CAD Technician

We are looking for a motivated CAD Technician experienced in interpreting and creating 2D and 3D drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Revit to join our team in our Rockford, Illinois, office. We are interested in talented, trustworthy and skilled people who are passionate about providing personalized attention to our clients. What you'll do You will interpret and create CAD drawings, renderings and detail drawings. You'll prepare calculations and summary sheets and manipulate data under established procedures. You'll support the engineering and environmental functions of the firm. We promote a team environment, so you'll work with fellow engineers, environmental scientists and many more people. And you'll develop leadership skills that build autonomy. What it takes An associate degree in Engineering Technology, Construction Technology, Architecture Technology or CAD Drafting from a technical college or institution is preferred, but not required. We're looking for someone with five years or more of experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Revit, but recent grads with internship experience will be considered. You should speak and write well. And you should have strong analytical and organizational skills. You must be a team player.
