Steady year-round work Family Culture Summary: We are seeking a Senior Project Accountant, with a preferred background in the Construction industry. We are a highly energetic company and offer competitive benefits. The candidate should have a team player attitude, attention to detail, be a highly motivated individual, and have had exposure to job costing. Responsibilities: Obtain primary financial data for accounting records Compute and record numerical data Check the accuracy of business transactions Perform data entry and administrative duties Monthly AIA billing submissions on multiple projects Managing receivables collectibility and flagging 90+ days receivables Check deposits and receive payments Qualifications: Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Physical Requirements/Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
