Responsibile for producing standard baked goods such as bread, rolls, cakes, cookies, biscuits, muffins, sweet rools, doughhuts, icings, sauces, various types of puddings and ice cream or sherberts. Reviews current and next day requirements. Plans production to have baked products ready when needed. May knead, shape, and mix dough. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent.Within the past ten years, 3 years experience in volume preparation of baked goods.
