We are growing! Job Summary: Blue Monster Management is seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager to join their team-oriented team. The Oral Surgery/IV Sedation Manager will take the leading role in supporting all critical business functions and ensure top-notch patient care is paramount. This role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to help the team succeed. The Oral Surgery/IV Sedation Manager should be resourceful, proactive and efficient while maintaining an approachable and professional presence to both the team and patients. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus Experience in a management role and executive support Exceptional knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes Outstanding work ethic with a self-starter attitude, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time Outstanding communication and organizational skills Able to maintain confidentiality with all matters including maintaining HIPAA compliance Have a "can-do" positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy environment Eager to become an expert in the position Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:45AM - 6:00PM (1 hour lunch) COVID19 We provide proper PPE for all team members and have high infection control standards. Our team and our patients are the #1 priority. We are doing COVID screenings, patients check in from their vehicles and at this time we are only allowing the patient into the building (unless under the age of 5, elderly, or have any type of special needs).
