Our Hammond, WI facility is the largest US manufacturing site and we're looking to add Manufacturing Machine Operators to our team! What can we offer you? 4 weeks of dedicated training - we will teach you everything you need to know Starting pay from $23.40 - $24.40/hour, depending on shift and machine. Candidates with manufacturing experience may be able to earn more Comprehensive benefit package starts the first day of the month following date of hire Medical premiums less than $60/month (employee only, with full wellness discounts) We also offer Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance and Voluntary benefits Generous referral bonus and up to $1,700 annual perfect attendance bonus Up to 80 hours vacation with 10 company paid holidays and 3 personal holidays Traditional 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with company match Consistent scheduling - our 2-2-3 schedules are planned for the entire year An onsite kitchen with daily specials, salad bar and free fruit daily Uniform allowance, safety shoe & safety glasses reimbursement, as well as reimbursements for gym memberships or fitness equipment Schedule We are actively hiring for night shift ! 12 Hour, 2-2-3 Schedule (Work 2 days during the week, and every other weekend) Hours are 5:00pm - 5:00am 4 Week training program hours at 8am - 4pm - ask us for accommodations if this doesn't work for you! Rotating night shifts receive a 20% premium! What will you do? Start up, change over and daily operations of our coating and converting equipment Observe and monitor the machine for defects during operation, troubleshoot and correct problems on the equipment Use computers to enter information, print paperwork and labels Perform routine quality testing What should you have? A positive attitude, safety mindset, and willingness to work as part of a team Prior manufacturing experience is helpful, but is not required. Our dedicated trainer will show you everything you need to know Basic computer skills, ability to follow verbal and written instructions and perform basic math Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel for up to 12 hours Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes, cut resistant gloves, and hearing protection) Candidates must successfully pass pre-employment drug test, medical evaluation and background checks.
