Job Title: Senior Avionics System Integrity Engineering Support Work Location: Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH Clearance: Active/current Secret Please note that you must be a US citizen to apply to this position Education and Experience: MA/MS degree and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/ professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD OR , BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD OR , 20 years of directly related experience with the proper certification, eight of which must be in the DoD. Certification: Current CISSP, and the ability to maintain it going forward Requisition No: OH23004 LCAT: Avionics System Integrity Engineering Support Overview: The individual selected for this position must possess the advanced knowledge, experience and recognized ability to be considered an expert in their technical/professional field, possess the ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior and journeyman personnel within the technical/professional discipline; ability to demonstrate advanced knowledge of their technical/professional discipline as well as possess a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures and practices in their area of expertise. Job Duties Support the development and implementation of aircraft-level system integrity plans, programs, and capabilities for complex FMS F-16 avionics systems. Support the definition of all system integrity technical program tasks to be accomplished. Support the development of system integrity tasks for inclusion in the overall program schedule. Support the development and implementation of system integrity ground and flight test verification plans. Support the development of aircraft-level SCGs. Support and assist to monitor development and implementation of aircraft-level AT, IA, and system integrity programs. Support the development and implementation of aircraft-level system integrity plans, programs, and capabilities for complex F-16 avionics systems. Support the development of aircraft-level SCGs. Support and monitor development and implementation of aircraft-level AT programs and system integrity programs. Qualifications Active/current Secret DoD security clearance Must possess and maintain a current Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certification A minimum of ten years of DoD acquisition program office experience is required. Expertise in implementing U.S. military aircraft system integrity programs. Expertise in implementing U.S. military aircraft AT programs. Expertise in implementing U.S. military aircraft Information Assurance (IA) and SWA programs. Electrical engineer, computer engineer or computer science ABET accredited degree. Experience with implementing U.S. military aircraft system integrity, AT, IA, and SWA programs.
