We are dedicated to providing our customers with unsurpassed service in underwriting, claims management, risk management, and providing innovative solutions to complex insurance needs. We are currently looking for a Commercial Claims Adjuster to join our claims adjusting team. The Commercial Casualty Claims Adjuster will work remotely with customers and third parties to investigate and resolve casualty claims, analyze injuries and damages, evaluate coverage and recommend strategic direction on the claim file, while accurately recording claims activities in the CAG Claims database. Responsibilities and Duties : Handle verbal and written communications with attorneys and unrepresented claimants Review and analysis of liability claims in various states including substantial claims activity on East Coast (New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida) Evaluation of personal injury claims, including the review and analysis of medical records and billing Maintain and/or secure training and licensing for essential duties Evaluate liability and damages exposure and evaluate settlement value of the claim Remote office working conditions Some field work and travel may be required Qualifications : Minimum of Bachelor's degree with five years of claims work experience Licensed liability adjuster in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida Ability to manage liability investigations, including familiarity with injuries, conditions and medical documents Computer and Internet skills including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to organize work and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced work environment.
