This role is responsible for leading multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax preparation, research, planning and consulting services for a variety of our clients. Candidates must possess: Education, Credentials and Experience: As an experienced CPA, you'll put your experience to good use at Beene Garter. With at least 5 years of Manager-level experience providing technical estate, gift, trust and individual tax planning and solutions, you're accustomed to handling a wide variety of complex tax compliance issues with confidence. Client-first focus: You'll use innovative, yet practical solutions customized for each client's unique business needs to develop new and nurture existing client relationships, perhaps even in a specialized industry or niche. Leadership: As an inspiring coach and mentor, you'll provide detail work paper review, training and direction to motivate and develop the capabilities of other accountants. Presentation skills: Uses a dynamic approach to creates and deliver relevant presentations related to estates, gifts and trusts both internally and externally. Entrepreneurial Spirit: With your desire to become partner one day, you'll possess the drive, aptitude, sales skills, and above-and-beyond attitude to exceed goals and grow your career at Beene Garter. Communication skills: You'll use your strong written and verbal communication skills and acute business acumen to prepare and present technically complex material to clients.
