Universal is currently looking for a licensed Mental Health Professional with a full and unrestricted license who is in good standing to practice within the state (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, Etc). The schedule for this position will be Monday- Friday from 8am to 5pm. Applicant will be subject to background check. Education and Licensure Requirements: Candidate must have a Masters degree or higher from an accredited university in the behavioral and mental health field(e.g., social work, counseling, psychology) Skills required: Organizing abilitiesQuick and Enthusiastic LearningExcellent CommunicationReceptive to FeedbackGood time management Responsibilities: Candidate will provide individual therapy to adults and children.Candidate will provide family therapy as needed.Candidate will be expected to complete documentation within 24 hours of seeing the person served.Candidate will attend all required staff meetingsCandidate will conduct counseling or therapeutic interviews to assist individuals to gain insight into personal problems, define goals, and plan actions that reflect interest, abilities, and needs.
