Senior BookkeeperResponsibilities (Essential Job Functions): Full cycle accounting for several smaller entities Data entry and analysis Report preparation including Excel reporting Prepare fixed asset and depreciation records Update capital expenditure actual vs. budget reporting Assist with cash forecasting Other tasks as requiredRequirements: College degree Accounting degree preferred Proficiency with QuickBooks®, data entry, record keeping, and computer operations required Must have intermediate to advanced Excel skill Proficiency with payroll accounting At least 5 years' financial experience Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Must demonstrate stellar communication skills. Team player Positive attitude Exceptional attendance and work ethicFlexibility:This position can be flexible to accommodate your needs with 30 hours or more required per week.
