Your Accountabilities in the Role: Visits different hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, private doctors' offices and skilled care facilities to provide exceptional care to different patients Treating and diagnosing illnesses, performing medical tests, analyzing test results, educating patients and their families about their particular health conditions and treatment options ensuring they and clear and comfortable Communicates internally with HR and Schedulers to effectively resolve issues that arise Position Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; will consider a combination of education and experience. Experience: 1+ years of CNA, QMA, LPN, or RN experience. Certifications: CNA, QMA, LPN, or RN Certification. Functional Skills: Solid skills in researching, analyzing data, planning, prioritizing and follow-through; natural ability to problem-solve and provide timely resolutions; able to process information quickly; strong attention to detail. Technology Skills: Advanced PC skills, with the ability to manage data; basic understanding of scheduling systems is a plus. Communication Skills: Advanced verbal and written communication skills; able to proactively call, text, or email facilities/caregivers to resolve urgent situations. Leadership/ Behaviors: Strong customer focus with the ability to communicate in a respectful and diplomatic manner; self-starter that takes initiative to get things done. Good at relationship building, influencing, and collaborating with others. Able to learn quickly and work independently or within a team. Ability to be creative to figure out how to fill a schedule in a variety of ways. Culture Match: Able to do what is right for the customers, team members, and company. Believes in providing "Acts of Kindness" to make the world a better place. Other Important Information: Pay/Salary : Pay is negotiable and based on skills and experiences! And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows! Reports To: CEO Core Hours : 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST; Schedule can be somewhat flexible Typical Work Week: M-F; 40 - 45 hours a week on average.
