We pay our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) weekly top starting pay of $16-20 per hour , based on experience. The typical schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Wednesday start time 7:00 AM), and lunch from 11:00 AM-12:15 PM. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer phones, emails, and texts, record customer interactions, and update customer accounts. You also attend weekly team-building meetings and increase your job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. There will always be a variety of office tasks that you can help with, including keeping the office clean and organized.
