Why you should apply to be a Construction Laborer: Permanent, Full-time Position Pay Range: $28+ per hour, based on experience DAYSHIFT Access to Company Benefits: Paid Time Off Medical Insurance 401K Paid Holidays What a typical day as a Construction Laborer might look like: Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors Training, managing, and mentoring employees and contractors Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures This job might be an outstanding fit if you: HSD, or equivalent education, is required 2-4 years' experience as construction or outside plant foreman, or similar role Ability to work outside in changing weather conditions OSHA-10 Certification and/or CDL Licenses, preferred What happens next?
