Why you should apply to be a Billing Manager: Permanent, Full-time Position Pay Range: $45-50K per year, based on experience 1st Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm This position will be an in-office based environment Access to Company Benefits: Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Medical Insurance 401K What a typical day as a Billing Manager might look like: Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes Month-end closing of the billing group information Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes Special program/billing planning and implementation Personnel development; staff meetings Staffing discussions and planning/interviews; Team building This job might be an outstanding fit if you: HSD, or equivalent education, is required Associate or bachelor's degree in related field, is preferred 1-2 years' experience in manager or supervisory position, required 1-2 years' experience in billing or collections field, preferred Proficient in standard Microsoft tools such as Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, etc. Proven ability to perform strategic planning and priority setting for a billing department Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems What happens next?
