YOUR LIFE AS A PIZZA CHEF This full-time food service position at our restaurant typically works a 5-day work week including evenings. Weekends are required. As a cook at our pizza station, you prepare ingredients, stretch the dough, and bake pizzas in our Italian wood-fired ovens. While following our standard recipes and observing special diet orders, you take time to memorize menu items, comprehend abbreviations, and notice the appearance of plate portions. You time all orders in collaboration with our take-out and main dining teams. Safely and efficiently, you operate standard kitchen equipment while adhering to all food production codes. Always maintaining sanitary practices, you clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances. You find great satisfaction in preparing delicious pizzas for our customers to enjoy! WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Extensive food knowledge Knowledge in kitchen equipment and cooking techniques We will train you for this position but 2+ years of experience as a pizza cook OR restaurant cook is preferred.
