The Natural Sciences Dept of Daemen College invites applicants for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Biology position to begin Fall 2016. Ph.D. is required; postdoctoral research and a track record of course and assessment design is desirable. Previous experience in computational biology and or biometry is also valued. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellence in teaching undergraduate courses in the department including General Biology with labs, Environmental Toxicology, and to develop new courses based on interest and experience, such as Aquatic Biology, or others which include field experience. Coursework within the core curriculum may also be required.
