The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the brand management, awareness and support of the Sales team. This position requires an individual that functions with an elevated level of integrity, confidentiality, and excellence. The Marketing Manager oversees procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, and partners with leadership to support various company initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage the marketing content and materials, branded items, print suppliers, direct mail materials, digital assets, freelance talent, and various marketing services, including promotional materials.Work in conjunction with the sales team on the development, implementation, and management of sales and marketing projects and ideasConference logistics management for all conferences including registration, conference materials and support for the sales teamAssist with planning efforts and the facilitation of client eventsTrack data in CRM to support content strategyConduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for leadershipTrack, analyze, and report on the impact of all activities and supply intel on competitor messagingAssist with response and preparation of contracts and RFPs as neededManage expense reporting as neededHandle company website updates and social media messagingAttend tradeshows and conferences as neededOther duties as required Experience, Education, & Qualifications: Required:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar field3-5 years' experience in marketing or sales operationsSuperior written and verbal communication skillsProfessional communication experience with all levels of an organizationResults and detail orientedPerformance and deadline drivenExcellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and complete critical tasksExcellent analytical and critical thinking skills combined with strong business judgment and ability to present findings in a clear and compelling mannerProficient in MS office for the purpose of generating spreadsheets, reports and creating presentations, (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Ability to work independently or part of a teamSome travel requiredPreferred:Work experience within a healthcare finance company
