Job Details: · Position: Project Manager · Location: Fort Wainwright, AK Job Summary: Sanford Federal, Inc is looking to hire a Project Manager to provide performance management to the landscape and snow removal staff in Fort Wainwright, AK Qualifications: The PM shall have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited College or University or five (5) years of equivalent experience in base support management Duties and responsibilities: The Contractor shall be responsible for the performance of the work whenever the snow falls. The PM shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters. Work in the field, providing hands-on completion of work as a mentor Prioritize horticultural tasks and coordinate implementation of work assignments Assist in preparation of work schedules Lead snow and ice removal operations, creating on-call lists and being available to work some evenings and weekends. Examine potential unsafe working conditions and order corrective Supervise contracted services and assist with identification of need for contracted As a manager, attend meetings IF necessary.
