ORM Fertility is an internationally recognized fertility clinic comprised of five physicians sub-specialized in Reproductive Endocrinology, three full-time genetic counselors, nine cutting-edge Embryologists and a team of very talented clinicians and administrators seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a background in fertility or women's health to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong desire to care for patients, have a warm empathetic personality, provide exceptional patient care, compassionate, be quick to learn, adapt to change, be proactive, team-oriented and able to problem solve independently. Responsibilities for this position may include, but are not limited to: Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic complaints related to reproductive endocrinology and infertility, according to written standardized protocols and procedures Obtain internal histories and perform pertinent examinations on returning patients Performs and evaluates diagnostic studies as indicated upon evaluation of the patient Orders and provides medications and prescriptions as needed for patient care and management Performs designated procedures after demonstrated competency including, but not limited to: intrauterine insemination, trial embryo transfer, Doppler ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound, pregnancy ultrasound, sonohysterogram, and physical examinations Acts as a resource for Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Clinical Support Staff Demonstrates service excellence and positive interpersonal relations in dealing with patients, family members, employees, physicians, managers, and other medical staff Qualifications: Master's degree in Nursing, Medical Science, Physician Assistant Studies, Health Sciences or related field with relevant certifications Current Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant Minimum of two years' experience in a fertility or OB/GYN practice Sonography experience preferred BLS Certification A successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively, be organized, possess excellent time management, superior patient care, & high attention to detail. Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM, with some weekends and occasional holidays. We offer a competitive salary to commensurate with experience.
