Caloosa Cooling of Ft. Myers, FL is looking to hire a Senior HVAC Service Technician to go into our clients' homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their HVAC systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance. Are you a skilled HVAC tech who is a motivated team player and looking for a growing company to build a successful, long-term career with? If so, please read on! This Senior HVAC Service Technician position earns $26-$32+ an hour *when including mid-year & end of year bonuses* with the opportunity for additional incentives. Our team regularly participates in fun monthly incentive programs that are both individual and team-based, which fosters a positive working experience. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SENIOR HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN 5 years of HVAC experience A clean driving record Able to be part of the on-call rotation schedule Are you motivated to further your career as a skilled HVAC tech?
