Plastic Printers is an innovator in the plastic printing industry located right here in Hastings! Founded in 2002, the company has enjoyed success due to our inspirational leadership and dedication of our team. We are adding an Inside Sales Representative to our team who will be responsible for generating additional sales and responding to sales inquiries. As our Inside Sales Representative: You will work directly with customers by phone and email to discuss their needs, identify best solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week with required work hours on Fridays 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The remaining weekly hours are flexible. Specific job duties: Make outbound phone calls and send emails to generate sales leads Respond to inbound phone calls and emails from potential customers Provide product and service information and quote prices Required skills: Sales and customer service skills Strong sales closing ability Strong phone and email communication skills Able to work in a fast pace with a sense of urgency Able to multi-task and work several leads simultaneously Willing to be coached and able to learn our industry and products Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum of 3 years inside sales experience Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Job Posted by ApplicantPro
