Parker Heating & Air of Parker, CO is looking to hire an experienced full-time HVAC Installer / Installation Technician to provide excellent customer service which results in repeat business when going into our clients' homes and replacing HVAC systems. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLER / INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN 2+ years of relevant HVAC installation experience Relevant certifications or licensing Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug testing Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems A desire to learn Ability to consistently commute to Parker, CO 80134 WORK SCHEDULE: Full time 8 hour shift Day shift (7:30 am-4:30 pm) Monday to Friday Some nights and weekends will be required during busy seasons On-call rotation is required every 4-8 weeks PAY AND BENEFITS: $25.00-$42.00/hr plus incentives, overtime, and after-hours differentials Overtime opportunities 100%-paid health insurance 401(k) with up to 5% employer match Profit Sharing Plan Cash Balance Account (guaranteed pension) Flexible working hours Paid vacations Paid training Paid NATE certifications Annual Costco membership Friends and family rewards program Company events New equipment and vehicles 100% paid uniform service ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR SERVICE TEAM?
