Through our in house journeyman program, Apprentices are able to be trained in our classroom as well as in the field to obtain all certifications as well as a journeyman license. Job Title: Installer - Experienced Pay Scale: $21.00 - $42.00 Work start and end time: 7:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday (Overtime on occasion) Position Summary: To install residential & light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Experience making repair and replace decisions. Advanced customer service skills. Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles. Qualifications desired Universal EPA Certification NATE Certified 3 + years experience Insurable driving record Possess tools needed Clean Vocabulary Detail Oriented HVAC installer, journeyman, installation technician, HVAC HVAC Technician, AC installer, AC Company
