GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES : Leads the Maintenance crew in assigning, conveying and checking on the Facilities work orders and assigned projects. Leads others in maintaining the facilities in a condition of operating excellence to ensure their full educational use at all times. Instructs and teaches others to perform maintenance, repair and replacement of College facilities. Leads and supervises individuals and work crews on a day to day and project basis. Schedules and assigns work projects to other maintenance staff. Coordinates and schedules major projects with and as assigned under direction of the Facilities Director. Has great communication skills verbally and electronically.
