PLAINVIEWAssist the needs of CT and MRI technologists by getting patients through the registration and changing processMaking sure all patients patients receive excellent customer service experience.They will provide support for front desk staff and technologists by being out in the waiting room interacting with patients, anticipating and dealing with patient related problems before they arise, answering patient questions, making sure patient wait times are not excessive and ensuring that every patient leaves the office with an overwhelmingly positive customer service experienceMust be:personable and politeable and willing to work on your feet majority of shiftday and evening shifts available in Suffolk countySpecific need is Plainview location.Bilingual applicants preferred.
