PURPOSE As a Sales Associate, you will join a team that develops, leads, and inspires a team of diverse, energetic, and goal-oriented sales associates. Your role includes being a brand ambassador for AT&T and Diversity Wireless for the community in which your location serves. Our lucrative Sales Associate program not only prepares you for your next step within Diversity Wireless, but it also provides incredible earnings in both a base pay, sales commissions, and store performance bonuses. B. REQUIREMENTS 1. Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales - preferred, not required 2. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, not required 3. Strong communications, mathematics and computer use skills 4. Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays 5. Be a supportive and committed teammate and team player C. LINES OF AUTHORITY Sales Associate is directly responsible to the Store Manager and indirectly to the Assistant Store Manager. D. SPECIFIC DUTIES Assist with daily inventory of serialized items as requested Assist with weekly inventory of all accessories as requested Assist with monthly inventory of entire store Provide stellar customer service while executing sales and promotional plans. Manage store cleanliness according to CDC guidelines. Review and validate timecard every pay period. Attend staff meetings as scheduled. Complete Opus and RQ training as directed. Stay updated on all AT&T promotions and changes via AT&T app. Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures. E. MEETINGS AND TRAINING 1. Attend staff meetings as scheduled. 2. Opus training as directed. 3. Stay updated on all AT&T promotions and changes via AT&T app.
