Grace Company is looking for an ambitious individual to join our customer relations team. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who wants to work for a rapidly growing company. This person is anxious to work on growing and developing their skills. This person has a confident and dynamic personality with a willingness to wear different hats. This person enjoys talking to people about their passions and building meaningful relationships with them. Opportunities this job will provide may include all or some of the following: Taking in-bound customer service and sales calls Coordinating sales, promotions, and marketing campaigns with dealers and potential dealers Travel to select national and international trade shows and events A willingness to fully participate and take a proactive approach regarding business initiatives. This job will present the opportunity to communicate, both written and orally, in the English language to build relationships, drive business growth, and increase revenue. Other skills and qualifications may include the following: Excellent time management skills The ability to correctly assess customer and dealer needs and define the correct actions/resources required to meet their needs. The ability to work with customers and dealers The ability to work individually or with a group successfully. This is a full-time position. Hourly wage will range between $17.00 - $22.00 ($35,360 - $45,760) annual) depending on skills and experience.
